Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The Batribike Delta Plus is a hardtail electric mountain bike powered by a Danish designed high torque 100nm crank motor from Promovec. There are three in-frame battery options. Both battery and motor are covered by the outstanding 3 year warranty. A nimble and easy to ride emtb that will inspire confidence.

The Delta Plus has mini LED controls on the handlebars and features the Connect+ app for smart phone connectivity. The app gives more power delivery options, so you can really tailor the way the bike handles to your riding style.

Manufactured in Europe with high quality component parts the Delta Plus features Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and Schwalbe Rapid Rob tyres with kevlar guard. A fantastic bike to take you out on adventures and equally at home for those city errands.
