Prices and promotional offers displayed online may differ from those available in store. All products and promotions are subject to availability.

In the event of an obvious pricing, system or data-entry error, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact you before processing the order.

If an item becomes unavailable or there is a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Many products sold by Cycle World are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration and conditions of that warranty vary according to the manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranties generally cover manufacturing defects but may exclude normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect or damage caused by inappropriate use.

Examples of normal wear items on bicycles can include tyres, chains, brake pads and other consumable components.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from, and do not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure it is returned in accordance with our current Returns Policy.

Unused goods should normally be returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging, labels and accessories where applicable.

Different arrangements may apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

We use appropriate courier and delivery services depending on the product being ordered.

Delivery times and charges vary according to the size, weight and type of goods. The delivery options available for your order will be displayed during the basket and checkout process.

Most stocked courier items are normally delivered within 24–48 hours from dispatch.

Electric bikes are delivered using our dedicated White Glove Delivery Service, where applicable.

Free Click & Collect is available from Cycle World Portsmouth.

Online payments are processed through secure payment systems designed to protect your payment information.

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, additional verification may occasionally be required before an order can be processed or dispatched.

Cycle World aims to reduce the environmental impact of our operations wherever reasonably possible through responsible working practices, recycling and appropriate disposal of waste.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) should not normally be disposed of with general household waste.

Where applicable under current WEEE regulations, customers purchasing qualifying electrical or electronic equipment may be entitled to return an equivalent item for appropriate disposal or recycling.
