With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. Form meets function in the elegant shape of the Nuroad Hybrid C:62's carbon frame.
The Nuroad Hybrid C:62's carbon frame features a clean profile and organic curves. It includes clearance for tyres up to 50mm even with mudguards fitted, plus carrier mounting points at the rear and on the full carbon fork for bikepacking versatility. The Bosch drive system's control unit is incorporated into the top tube, with a mini handlebar remote, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a +250Wh battery booster pack. The seat clamp is hidden, and the bike includes a Direct Mount lightweight chain guide, a flat mount kickstand interface, Boost rear end, and UDH derailleur hanger.
The Nuroad Hybrid C:62 Race features a lightweight Bosch SX motor and a 400Wh battery, delivering up to 60Nm of torque. It is PowerMore-ready for an extra 250Wh battery. Shimano's GRX 1x12 gears with matching GRX hydraulic disc brakes provide control, while Newmen Evolution SL X.R.25 wheels with Schwalbe 45mm tyres offer grip. An X-Connect cable is pre-installed for adding a compatible ACID front light.
