With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

A lightweight ALUXX SL aluminum frame and trail-friendly geometry help you experience trail riding like never before. The SyncDrive Sport motor delivers smooth, instantaneous power to conquer hills with a smile. Featuring a 130mm suspension fork and the stability of 29-inch wheels and tubeless tires, the Fathom E+ offers balanced control and handling. The EnergyPak Smart battery is seamlessly integrated into the frame and can be easily removed for charging. It is simple to control all your settings with the handlebar mounted RideControl Dash control unit.
