With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The all-new Talon E+ range combines the exhilarating sensation of pedal-assist power with light and agile off-road handling.

Whether you’re riding trails, exploring dirt roads, or putting some zip in your daily commute, riding an E-bike doesn’t have to be complicated. The integrated system makes it all so seamless and simple to use, allowing you to forget about the technology and just enjoy the ride.

The Talon E+ EX frame is crafted with ALUXX SL aluminium using hydroforming and gravity casting techniques, making it 13% lighter than the previous generation. The EnergyPak 430 battery and SyncDrive Sport 2 motor are also lighter, resulting in an overall weight of 21.7kg (size medium, without rack). This provides greater agility and confident off-road handling that feels like a regular hardtail mountain bike.

The redesigned frameset features a slimmer down tube integrated with a new EnergyPak 430 battery system that is lightweight and easily removable for external charging. 3D forging techniques and super-smooth welds provide a clean, modern look, while two bottle cage mounts allow you to carry more hydration or add a battery range extender for longer rides.

The Talon E+ EX is loaded with features and accessories that make it ideal for trekking or commuting. The RideControl Dash 2 controller is used to power on the bike and adjust support levels while you ride. Using the RideControl App, you can custom tune the motor output to optimise range. New features include a Find My Bike function using integrated Apple AirTag functionality, plus a rear carrier, fenders, a kickstand, and integrated lights.
