We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The Pop 18 bridges the gap between younger and older childrens bikes. The internal cables minimise the risk of potential incidents and aluminium brake levers have been designed to be operated by smaller hands. They’ve added non-slip pedals, carefully colour matched to the bike design and puncture protection tyres to keep your child moving!

The light blue frame pops with yellow and pink stripes and pairs this perfectly with mature black tanwall tyres.
