We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. For the Reaction C:62 SLX, this bike features a Fox 32 Float Performance SC fork with remote lockout to help you keep the rubber side down and pointing where you want it. SRAM's GX Eagle Transmission 1x12 gears serve up the huge range and crisp, accurate shifts you'd expect. A Newmen Beskar 30 wheelset shod with Schwalbe's Racing Ray and Racing Ralph 5.7cm (2.25") tyres delivers rapid acceleration and all the grip that you need. Magura MT8 Pro hydraulic disc brakes give you the power you need to brake harder, later, and stay on the gas for longer.

There's a good reason for the Reaction C:62's beautifully organic lines and slender stays: it makes for an exceptionally fast, light frame. Its premium C:62 carbon and Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing is just the start. There's an integrated seat clamp for secure fastening and the neatest possible appearance. Semi-integrated cable routing complements the frame's clean aesthetic and UDH means it's future-proof, while Agile Ride Geometry delivers safe but responsive handling.
