We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.
  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Forged and machined 7000 series alloy with hard black anodizing for durability.

Features:
  • Works with 1x10/11/12-speed shimano, KMC and SRAM eagle, flat and T-type chains
  • For Gen2 (G2) praxis cranks (noted on crank arm) and SRAM mountain cranks; +3mm offset = 52mm chainline, 0mm offset= 55mm chainline
  • For original Gen1 Praxis cranks;+3mm offset = 49mm chainline, DM-B 0mm offset=55mm chainline
  • Must use a clutch type rear derailleur. Ex: Shimano Shadow or SRAM type2
  • Shimano compatible with both mechanical and Di2 Shimano 10/11/12-speed. SRAM compatible with both mechanical and wireless SRAM 10/11/12-speed
  • In rough terrain, or just for pure security, use of an upper guide recommended
  • Unauthorized online sales prohibited by manufacturer
