Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.

E-mtb-friendly toughness at a budget-friendly price; the h 1900's have long been the choice for emtb riders looking for improved reliability and the latest versions have been upgraded with ratchet ln technology to provide even more trouble-free laps

  • e-mtb's are tough on wheels, really tough, not only is there the added weight and higher maximum drive torque but e-mtb riders tend to ride further and more frequently, this adds up to a real challenge for anyone looking to design a truly durable wheel for long term e-mtb use
  • the result is dt's mission hybrid, the first wheel engineering project to look specifically at the challenges of heavy duty e-mtb use for wheels
  • so, what's changed? The short answer... Everything!
  • The h 1900's hub shells are oversized to improve overall stiffness and the rear hub contains an 18-tooth ratchet ln freehub system, by far and away the most reliable drive mechanism available at this price point
  • the sleeved alloy rims have reinforced spoke beds to resist fatigue and handle high loads for long periods of time
  • the straight pull spokes are custom made for hybrid with an oversized 2.35 mm hub interface designed to protect one of the key points of stress on any wheel
  • in order for a wheel to pass as hybrid certified in dt's inhouse testing lab it has to survive 50% more lifecycles, its spokes and rims have to endure 20% higher load tests and the bearings must be able to handle almost twice the maximum load of a standard wheel
  • whilst intended for e-mtb use, the hybrid range is also ideal for larger riders, bike packers or anyone looking for a really durable wheelset with a high weight limit
  • available in a 30 mm internal width to support modern high volume trail rubber
  • system weight limit: 150kg, come with DT tubeless rim tape and valves included
