Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Bright and efficient multi-purpose e-bike cycling light with a durable, heat-dissipating CNC machined aluminum construction. Two ultrahigh-output LEDs deliver up to 500 lumens. Enhanced MOR (Maximum Optical Reflection) lens with built-in side visibility. Intelligent Auto Day/Night dim mode. E-bike compatible 6 – 12v input, 6w easily plugs into batteries from top makers including Bosch, Shimano and Yamaha. Includes CNC fork mount and 140cm long power cable.

E-bike lights are powered by the motor of an e-bike and need to be manually installed. Proper installation may require some disassembly of the bike and motor (depending on make and modelbattery type) and additional wiring to connect the light to the motor. Please contact the e-bike or motor manufacturer for installation instructions. It is highly recommended to have a trained e-bike professional install your lights for you.
