With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty.     The efficient Bosch Performance CX e-drive (Gen. 4) supports your ride up to 25 km/h with powerful 85 Nm. A well-balanced geometry makes the JARIFA² ride agile and dynamic. The strongest e-motor of Bosch is perfectly integrated into the bottom bracket area.

  • FULLY INTEGRATED AND COMFORTABLE

    The Bosch Powertube battery with 625 Wh is perfectly integrated into the down tube, yet it can also be removed at any time for charging. The cockpit with a 30-degree stem and ergonomic parts make your ride comfortable even on rides off the beaten track. The C.I.S. (Cockpit Integration Solution) technology offers a clean cockpit with cable routing through stem and headset into the frame.

  • CONSIDERING ALL NEEDS

    The JARIFA² combines MTB and trekking DNA. The JARIFA² 6.7 is approved for most trailers and for a system weight (rider plus gear and bike) of 150 kg. Considering the needs of smaller riders, the JARIFA² models in size XS roll on 27,5" wheels. The JARIFA² can be easily retrofitted with rack, mudguards, stand or light system thanks to respective mounting points.
