We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. High volume Vittoria slick tyres on wide WTB wheels are super quick but street tough and reassuringly surefooted. Especially when controlled through our unique MTB proven short stem handling dynamics with 12mm through-axles to guarantee precision and increase security.

Powerful Shimano MT400 hydraulic disc brakes and wide ratio sequential shift 11 speed Shimano gears make you a master of any hill. The guarded single chainring and internally routed controls give a sleek, slick look but there are still mounts for a full set of lifestyle accessories from twin drinks bottles to racks, guards and a kick stand for convenient parking.
