We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Access all areas. Our step-thru version of the Malvern All Terrain bike is purposely designed to remove all obstacles to your riding. The lowered cross bar makes it easy to hop aboard whatever you’re wearing and hop off without needing to be a gymnast.
