We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank

The 2022 Whyte Portobello V3 Hybrid Bike in Matt Bronze Copper comes with massive 650b x 47c tyres to smooth out the road chatter. These deep profile tyres have the same rolling diameter as 700c x 28c tyres, but the extra air volume make them super comfortable and pinch puncture resistant. So, you get all the speed of a road bike but the comfort of a mountain bike.

Whyte are known for their UK designed mountain bikes and they have used mountain bike geometry and parts to make this fast and comfortable hybrid that also has great handling. They have also used clever mountain bike design features on the frame including a custom rear dropout which mounts the hydraulic disc brake caliper inside the rear triangle clearing the way for a rack or mudguards.

The Portobello comes with simple and reliable 1 x 10 speed Shimano Deore mountain bike gearing and powerful hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping whatever the weather.
