We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The 2022 Whyte Ridgeway V3 Hybrid Bike in Matt Zinc Moss is a hybrid bike that’s designed to be light, lively and enjoyable to ride. Whyte class this as an ‘all terrain Leisure’ bike so the Ridgeway can handle tracks and paths as well as roads, giving you more room to explore away from traffic.

The Ridgeway uses a lightweight aluminium frame which makes the bike quicker and saves some effort while large volume, low pressure tyres take whatever route you decide to take in your stride. The Ridgeway comes with a short travel (63mm) suspension fork to soak up the bumps when you need it, but it also has a lockout so you can turn the fork off for longer road sections.

The Ridgeway comes with 2x9 speed Shimano gearing system and hydraulic disc brakes which give great stopping power in any whether.
