We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank

The 2022 Whyte 802 provides a more compact geometry than the other models, meaning it is more suited for those with smaller proportions with less length and a shorter reach, a wide 760mm bar inspires confidence when riding.

Internal cable routing allows you to keep your bike free of dirt and grime while providing a much sleeker look at the same time. RockShox Recon RL fork gives you a massive 120mm of travel and features Rebound Adjust so you can enjoy the trails as well as having efficient riding on smoother trails.
With all new Shimano Deore Shifters and Derailleur the 802 has a very high quality drivetrain and one that you can really feel the effect of when riding with smooth and quick changes really aiding to your enjoyment.
