Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.

  • Second Skin -Occam is ready for a tough life and the replaceable vinyl protection brings new styling options as well as keeping the paintwork looking like new for longer.
  • Quick Flip Adjust -In less than 15 seconds, you can choose between the High and Low positions, giving a change of 8mm in the bottom bracket height and 0.5º in the headtube.
  • Easy Cable Routing -Cables are fully guided from the rear to LOCKR and from there it is easy to reach the headtube if you ever have to replace a cable outer.
  • Steep N Deep -Due to the uninterrupted, steep seat-tube all riders should be able to fully insert an astonishing 230mm dropper in their Occam.
  • Lockr -Whether you choose Aluminium or Carbon you can enjoy the advantages of our updated LOCKR with easier access than ever. Store tools, lunch or even a jacket easily behind the water bottle mount ready for easy access.
