Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.

Beyond a certain speed, the biggest barrier to going faster isn't you. It's your bike.

That's why, for the Agree C:62, we took inspiration from our sleek, high-end road race and time trial bikes to make a frame that's as slippery moving through the air as it is good to look at. But a great all-rounder is light and comfortable too, which is why Cube finessed the carbon lay-up and used slender stays and careful tube profiling. Semi-integrated cable routing reduces both turbulence and maintenance.

And Cube included a storage box, so you can take food, tools or an extra layer to keep you riding for longer.
