  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received.
