Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Let us take you one step closer to becoming airtight. Designed specifically to make tubeless setup a breeze, our tape is primed with the finest pressure sensitive adhesive and constructed from high tensile strength dual-layered film.

With its optimum amount of stretch and rigid recyclable core the tape can be pulled and applied with tension, it'll also contour perfectly to the shape of your rim making it a doddle to install. If that wasn't enough, we've also included a handful of finishing strips to ensure that perfect airtight seal.

Our unique adhesive holds fast and won't leave any sticky gunky residue should you need to remove the tape at a later date.
