With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The DMR Gridlock grip offers superior comfort and shock absorption, making it ideal for riders with bigger hands or those seeking enhanced control.
DMR took one of their favourite push-on grips, the DMR Grid Grip, and created a lock-on version. They developed this new MTB grip with a slightly larger outer diameter and a longer length than the average lock-on grip for riders looking for more comfort and shock absorption. The new, larger shape and soft Kraton compound rubber result in more control and confidence out on the trail, with outstanding vibration damping for longer rides and bigger days at the bike park. This means less arm-pump, and more riding time.
Scottish rider Keith Hartley recently rode these DMR Gridlocks on the hard and harsh tracks out in Morzine and stated: "The 34mm thickness is perfect for removing a lot of high-speed rattling on the tracks. I was having issues with my forearms due to the braking bumps this year and switching to the Gridlocks instantly solved the problem; they make the ride so much more enjoyable."
